Philosophy

	The INNER PEACE MOVEMENT was founded in 1964 by Dr. Francisco Coll. Based on the idea that "If you give a hungry man a fish today, he will only be hungry again tomorrow. If you teach him how to fish, he will have the freedom to use his own resources."
	The Inner Peace Movement, through Introductory Lectures and Community Groupwork, gives individuals the tools and techniques they need to unfold the unique aspects of their own inner self.

Policy

Policy: A statement which defines the unique concepts of an organization and attracts people with a common purpose. Policy is changed only by designated persons and is seldom altered. It provides the pillars and pivot point for a consistent, stable direction.

Purpose:
Our purpose in coming together to work in spirit is:

To back people to find their timing and become the architect of their own lives.
To inspire them to move with greater accomplishment as their knowledge becomes wisdom.
To assist them to awaken their wisdom and relearn what they have innately.
To know the security of never being alone, moving through life with spiritual guidance.
To simplify and place within their reach a means to know, understand, feel and see clearly the tools and mechanics they have gathered through time to do their spiritual work this life.
To offer them the opportunity to put what they have into action by sharing with others.
To assist every soul, every person, that is ready to take a look at his spiritual life.

Goals:
The goals of our policy are:

To see all of life as a spiritual opportunity.
To become aware that we are living in two worlds at one time: a soul with a physical body.
To keep the spiritual opportunity of our soul of primary importance.
To create systems which strengthen fair boundaries.
To back everyone in their need to organize and share what they have.
To help people simplify their lives and regain their spiritual direction.
To give each person the opportunity to develop a clearer picture of his or her life purpose.

Procedures

	In order to build upon a solid foundation, it has been suggested that each individual first attend an Introductory Lecture and then take one step at a time, balancing the understanding and feeling nature of the self.
	Establishing and strengthening a clear two-way communication with ones inner guidance is a great help in the conscious evolution of the soul and greater fulfillment and success.
