Actually the Inner Peace Movement is about people. Usually
deep down, most people are all striving for the same things in this life,
and beyond.
It has been stated that there are 144,000 expressions of Spirit.
The Inner Peace Movement is but one; no individual group has all the answers
for everyone. The answers are within the individual and this system of
people meeting together on a common ground helps bring out what is needed
by each person - to realize and experience their potential.

Once a person begins to be more of a leader of her own life, she may desire
to assist others to more effectively lead themselves. With a little additional
training, the opportunity of Group Shepherd is available as well as leadership
opportunities on either of the two rails of IPM - administration and promotion.
