FOUNDER'S MESSAGE

    Have you ever thought about how you communicate? Do you believe that there is nothing out there in our galaxy system? Or are you in favor of the possibility that somebody's out there?

    Many of us are so busy coping with our own inner "troubles" that we have no time to be concerned with what is out there. I have a feeling that we have to reorganize ourselves, start looking at another way to communicate with ourselves -- a better way. We are communicating; but if we're so busy tearing things down and judging people, do we have enough time for ourselves? 
Have you ever thought about that?

    Think for a second, how much time do you spend looking at other things that have no business with what you've come to do? How much time a day? We have eight hours to rest, eight hours to work, and eight hours to play -- personal, business and social. How much of that do we really invest in taking care of ourselves? The first thing we do is worry, and we worry about what people think about us. Have you ever seen your arm or your fingers fall off because of what people think about you?

    The Inner Peace Movement is peace within. That means that somewhere down the line we have to start realizing that what we came to do, is what's important. But if we don't take the time to clarify that, we're not even in our game. We're doing somebody else's game. All we have to do is be a little bit controversial, and regroup. Think about it -- if we're going to be controversial, let's be controversial for ourselves.

    How does a thought come to us? On many occasions we know that some of "our" thoughts are not for our own good. Ideas come to us; messages come to us. And we keep thinking about them. 
Before long we've got a lot of friends that we don't need, because we start playing games with them, instead of saying, "That's not mine. This is mine." That's one of the first things we have to start clarifying in communication.

    For thirty some years we've done a lot. Now you can see messages over the television.
 Everybody wants to be a psychic. There was nothing when we began. There was nobody talking about that sort of thing over radio and television. We broke the barrier, and now we are helping people become aware of their sensitivity, and a whole brew of things are happening. That's the bad part of it. Now they're starting (to say) that one is more psychic than the other. They're starting to become religious (and say), "My psychics are better than your psychics."

    All we have to do is reorganize ourselves and keep doing what we're doing, helping people become aware of their sensitivity. If we can help people become aware of their sensitivity, we're going to come back to clarify our spiritual part. Remember, as a soul, we have no color, no sex (gender), and no language. These are the basics. All religions and all concepts are based on the feelings and the intellect: how the soul communicates.

    We're going to have a new 'Free' Introductory Lecture. We have tried some things to get our message out there. Now we're going to narrow that message down a little bit so we have a new concept. We'll continue to give Free Introductory Lectures, but we'll have a new concept to share about those symbols, narrow it down so the people can get a little impression and then pay (a few dollars) for your experience and your "Man and the Universe Lecture".
 
 

     Things are changing and we are changing. We are reorganizing it now to a point where
people, when they walk in, are going to get exactly what they need - to screen in and 
screen out. Because the whole thing of the Inner Peace Movement is a screening process 
-- to find the leadership who came in and got lost out there. That's what some of you are 
there for and are all about. I don't know exactly what you're doing about it, but you're 
here and that's what counts.

     Can we keep it simple? We have a little bunch of Intuitives down there. They're the only people who can keep things simple.

     We have a good challenge in the beginning of this year. The challenge is to clarify: to 
clarify our inner communication. It isn't that we don't sense things, it's that we're too busy 
sensing things without discerning. We don't ask, "What is it that I'm sensing?" We do want to have better communication with our guidance, don't we? They'll (your angels) let you do that; they're going to be blabbering there and you're going to listen to it and say, "Nice." And then go and do something else, probably the opposite. No wonder you have troubles.

     We have chiropractors. They're great, breaking bones and straightening out bones, but they want to be healers at the same time. How many times are you going to be a healer? All you have to do is say, "I'm going to heal spiritual leaders here, and down here I'm going to crack bones."
 When you have those two things a little confused in timing, not that you're doing the wrong thing, you're just ...too zealous, and want to do more than you have to do at the wrong time.

     This is important: we have to become more discerning when separating the people who have physical "troubles", when we know that the reason is not physical. We have to become more challenging to ourselves and say, "If you want more help in this area, I will see you later." 
Can we see this a little bit more clear?

    Why we need to clarify communication? Just think for a second why it would help you to 
clarify this. Just think about passing on without clarification. What's going to happen when 
you leave your body? You'll have to decide, "Am I a physical being, or am I a spiritual being?
Am I a spiritual being with a physical body, or am I a physical body with a spiritual something?"
 

    We've been at it too long not to emphasize ourselves a little bit more. It isn't to be
greedy or any of those things, if you clarify you. There is nothing wrong with that. If you 
don't do that, who is going to do it for you? We have to start becoming more aware of our 
sensitivity.

     Let's figure that we're not doing anything wrong to hurt anyone. But is our timing right 
for us? When things work is when your timing and my timing is right. And if we're working with spirit, then that timing has to be right. Everything just works -- simple, easy -- and everyone gets something out of it. But when we keep trying something, and that door doesn't open up, could it be time to say, "Hey, I don't do anything wrong, but probably my timing is not quite right."

     Just imagine, you're a farmer and you have 50 sows and they all decide at the same day to "pop" 12 little piggies out. What kind of farmer are you? That day, you're a crazy farmer! What can you do? A smart farmer says, "You can do that thing today and the other ones can do it a month from now, and so on." So they can "pop" at different times. Right? Otherwise you go crazy.
 
 

    So, how about if we organize ourselves a little bit better. How are we going to deal with 
our life? If we don't have good organization or timing and outside influences come in, we can't take advantage of it.

    The first thing we should learn is to clarify: Who is me? And who is something else? The
moment you clarify "Who is me?" automatically you know who "something else" is. But we need that organization. Our intellect is there to be organized so it can work for us, because most of us have been organized so it can work for us. Most of us have been organized from the outside. We have mama and papa and you, bringing what you came to do.
 

"When you feel, there's no sacrifice."

    There's a big confusion between Feel, Think and Act. That's one of the things we're going to emphasize in the First Introductory Lecture: Feel, Think, Act.

    So we can clear our channels. Some of us have clogged channels. We need to do a little bit more of Feel-Think-Act. Most of us Feel and then jump into the Act, acting without being organized. The moment you have a thought, automatically you have all the organization to accomplish. All we have to do is reorganize and go through those ticky tacky boxes for action.

    I know I'm talking about things that you already know. I don't think it will hurt you to 
hear it once more. Sometimes we have a little trouble ...a little trouble that we forget. We're so busy trying to exist that we forget to live. In those areas, we're so concerned with 
greater/lesser, good/bad, pretty/ugly. We're so busy measuring ourselves with outside things. 
There's not another one in this universe like you, spiritually. If you don't see yourself as a 
soul, evolving, you'll not have the fun that you could have.

    Now things are moving. For those old timers that we have here, who know all this, and 
haven't done much about it, we're going to have a special place in heaven for you. When some of these old timers pass on, and we give them a chance to come and share with us, the first thing they say is, "I'm bored." Just imagine, "I'm bored?" I ask them, "What are you bored about?"

  Their answer: "There's nothing else to do here." I say, "Are you there by yourself?".

  "No, there are people coming all the time, but I'm bored." I ask, "Haven't you thought of 
    giving an Introductory Lecture when they come in where you are?"

  "Hey, can I do that?!"

    This will happen with you guys when you pass on. I sure don't want to be where some of you are going!

    Action is doing what you know, what's best for you. At least someone gave you the 
Orientation Lecture and got you going. Can't you at least do the same for other people? Action talks louder than anything. The way we deal with ourselves and the way we deal with people, that's the biggest message that we can give.

    You've heard me say for years that we are in a religious war. All these "bang-bangs" are 
nothing but a religious war. Do you think it's going to get better, or everybody's going to lay down their arms? There's an energy of getting rid of all the churches that are no good. You 
can tell the churches that are not good. The churches that don't get burned are there because they are organized to see that nobody gets there to burn them. And the ones that think God is going to take care of them are the ones that get burned. If you don't take care of what you have, you lose it. That's what life is all about.

    I'll tell you what I think we need. We need a new way of thinking about ourselves and that can only come by a new way of feeling about ourselves. The main thing is, when you feel, there's no sacrifice; when you think --- now you're messing with everything.

    Now, we have enough wisdom down here to make chocolate. Can we put it together and work together? It's just great to come here once a year and look at each other and say, "You're doing good, you can still walk." But the man says, "You know the system will take the silver out of your hair, the lead our of your ass, and then they'll dump you. And, in a way, they will take the gold out of your teeth.

    If we don't start looking at ourselves as individuals and see what we can do in coordinating the desire that we have, we're not going anywhere. The way that we have been going, to have camps here, and camps there, that is history. The way we're going is that we're going to have at least 200 or more mini conference centers (Community Conference Centers). A bunch of you getting together and having a system where you can help every leader, every journeyman that really wants to do his work, that we can help him attract at least 150 of his apprentices.
That will be the beginning that he can grow from.

    Everything is organized and you might not know that we have this ongoing already. We have three main Mini courses where we can reorganize the Groupwork. The "New" Free Introductory Lecture will be the kickoff of it. That is ongoing. A few main leaders who were kind of rusty, we gave an opportunity to go and share with people out there who were ready. Spirit chose a few places.

    Symbols are where you get the message through the feelings. Symbols. Words can throw you anywhere but you can help people more to clarify their personal feelings through symbols. That's what the Introductory Lecture is all about. That gives you the picture of where we're going.

    What we did yesterday is a step. We're moving into another step. We're moving into a step of moving energy. We have all the leadership that we have wanted to collect ..in the last 30 years.
All of you have been reorganized and organized. I think what we need is a little bit more 
regrouping to bring you up to date before you pass on and realize what it is. What you really 
gain is passing on and working with your apprentices. We forgot our apprentices. We forgot those people who keep searching for us, and knocking at our door. Become more sensitive to those who need a little help or encouragement.
