The purpose of the Peace Community Church is to provide both fellowship and qualified leadership in all walks of life where man is seeking greater inner peace and awareness. It provides spiritual support to those who work with Spirit in healing the soul, mind and body by anointing them through the power of Spirit to do spiritual healing, including the laying on of hands. The Church was founded in 1965 in Washington, D.C. and is incorporated as a non-profit, inter-denominational organization. The Church places emphasis on training wayshowers to give spiritual leadership to people who are searching to know themselves better and to understand their relationship to the universe. The program specializes in instruction in spiritual teaching, counseling, healing, prayer, meditation, and in the unfoldment of inner spiritual guidance. Leaders are prepared to help man know where he came from, why he is here, and where he is going. GOALS The primary goal of the Peace Community Church is to bring to individuals a greater awareness of their oneness with each other and with Spirit as expressed in: John 14:20

CIRCLE OF LOVE GROUPS Community level group programs help people discover deeper feelings for the beauty in their lives as they experience the healing nature of the "Christ Consciousness." The weekly Circle of Love sessions help individuals unfold the gifts of the Spirit, experience the reality of God within, and strengthen their abilities in spiritual healing. FELLOWSHIPS When several people in a community wish to gather with Spirit and with each other they establish a Fellowship. This group provides a means of spiritual inflow and outflow for all who attend, and all searchers are welcome to meet weekly in a Fellowship where there is no dogma or creed. Guidelines for such a Fellowship have been prepared by Peace Community Church and may be requested from the Peace Community Church office. BAPTISM Baptism creates a bond among three people making an agreement that
two of them will serve as godparents to the third. As godparents, their
opportunity during this lifetime is to help the individual keep himself
spiritually cleansed and regrouped.
