INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS

WHAT:
-
All instructors with the Americana Leadership College, need to have
signed contracts with ALC. The prerequisites for being an ALC instructor
are based on level of involvement. All ALC contracted instructors, on all
levels need to be currently certified in the course 421: Spiritual Instructorship
Methods.

Effective immediately, August 17, 1990

WHY:
-
The requirements to instruct ALC courses are now based on the level
of the instructor's involvement.
FACTS:
-
Awakening Level: Area
-
Instructors are required to be current Times Communicator subscribers.
-
Apprentice Level: Mini-State
-
Instructors are required to be current TC and TCN subscribers.
-
Journeymen Level: State
-
Instructors are required to be current Movement Subscribers.
-
Transition Level: Regional
-
Instructors are rexquired to be current Movement Members.

Affluent Level: National
-
Instructors are required to be current Spiritual Monitoring Plan members,
on any level.
RE: A-1 and B-1 Contracts

A1 Contracts are still in affect and all instructors with those requirements
continue to receive 40% (Movement Membership, Current 421 Certification,
Signed Contract)

B1 Contracts have been replaced by the above policy update. Those with
money invested toward courses or membership have two options:

Can leave money on account, and use it toward ALC Services: Books,
material, etc.

Or can request a refund.
