The Big Picture of Group Leadership

Spiritual energy is now expanding faster and there is a need for top leadership to free themselves for other opportunities. Therefore those of us who are super well trained need to train those who have gone through the group work to take over and lead the new groups.
The system works like this:

  1. A journeyman gives a lecture and starts a new group.
  2. The journeyman now works with the group shepherd who is going to lead that group.
    • The group shepherd could be a brand new person from the group.
    • The group shepherd could be someone who has already has gone through group work in a recent group.
    • The group shepherd could be someone presently going through group work in another group.
  3. The journeyman gets together once a week with the group shepherd and trains them in everything they need to know in order to lead their next group meeting.
The structure is such that when a journeyman starts groups in his city, he is not tied to leading the groups personally. The journeyman debriefs and regroups the group shepherds who, in turn, lead the new groups. This allows for the expansion of groups and moves the journeyman into the administrative role of managing the group.
