1. CLEANSING:
   • To raise the energy to a positive, relaxed vibration
   • To tune into guidance
   • To be as receptive to Spirit as possible
2. GROUP SHEPHERD MESSAGE
   • To clarify the purpose of the group
3. MEDITATION
   • To unfold a two-way communication with Spirit
   • To have peace of mind so that Spirit can work with you in a more crystal clear vibration
   • To allow guidance to work with you in opening your spiritual gifts
4. STUDY
   • To expand your awareness
   • To balance your understanding (conscious mind) with your feeling (unconscious mind)
5. TECHNIQUES
   • To learn more about yourself through experience
   • To learn more about working with guidance
6. OUTFLOW
   • To unfold the gift of healing
   • You open yourself for more energy from Spirit by sharing
7. REGROUPING
   • Share what you learned from the evening
   • How do you feel you can make the techniques practical in your everyday life ?
