A. Be-Long Media is divided into two divisions:

  1. Field Communications Division: 
    • This division handles all incoming and outgoing calls or messages from the Journeyman, his apprentices, and inter corporate communications. 
  2. Merchandising Division: 
    • This division handles the communication to the field and helps each Journeyman "market" his product(s) and service(s). 




    B. The Merchandising Division is divided into five (5) departments:
     
    1. The Marketing Department: 
      • Handles all of the strategy of how to communicate the services (Planification). 
    2. The Media Department: 
      • Helps the Journeyman by advising or setting media/publicity, produces professional "press kits" and "biographies", as well as, "press releases". It is also designed to help the Journeyman as a "speaker's bureau" for speaking at organizations and meetings in order to promote his Introductory Lectures (Execution). 
    3. The Advertising Department: 
      • Helps the Journeyman see how he can use advertising to promote his Introductory Lectures with "proven" successful ads, both "display" and "classified." It also handles advertising for all of the in-house publications, such as the Times Communicator and the Times Communicator Newsletter (Execution). 
    4. The Direct Promotion Department: 
      • This is the department that handles all "direct communications" to the Journeyman. It promotes special projects and upcoming events. It is the department that is used by the Be-Long Journeyman Ambassadors to "qualify" the level of interest of each Journeyman in sharing Introductory Lectures in his community. It also works with "phone trees" whenever the need arises, such as the "Book Distributor" phone tree (Execution). 
    5. The Publications Department: 
      • This department is in charge of all of the "Monthly Program Schedule" Course Flyers promoting courses in the field, the "Introductory Lecture" Flyer, and all other publications under the energy of Be-Long Media, Inc., including the Times Communicator, Times Communicator Newsletter, and the Community Courier (Labor). 


    Each department of Be-Long Media, Inc. is designed to be of full service to the Journeyman to help him reach his apprentices.
