1. It is the policy of the President, Francisco Coll, that everything the Americana Leadership College, and the sister movements provide are based on this structure.
2. What this means, is prerequisites, policies, guidelines and all other requirements are based on a person's level of involvement.
3. "How do we determine this, with people who have been involved for years?" The following chart, shows you what it means to be on each of these levels. No matter how much experience a person has, it is what he is doing that determines his level.
4. Example: You may have an old timer, involved for 20 years, living in a city and doing just lectures in his home town. As far as we are concerned, he is functioning on the area, (awakening level). When, however, he decides to do a mini tour, in his mini state, he has then moved up to the mini-state level (apprentice level) then we deal with him from that point of view.
5. At this time the following chart is geared for IPM, as this is the first movement we are going to clarify. Our priority now, is to clarify and build the IPM rails, and IPM program across your country.
